Stuck on a case
Tap the lightbulb above the board: the hint comes in three steps — which statement to look at, which square, and why. Free hints never run out.
Restore purchases
Open the season purchase sheet and tap “Restore purchases”. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID.
Cancel the pass
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Mea Culpa → Cancel, at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
Records on a new phone
Sign in with Google on the Arena tab: your name, records and friends stay on the server and come back on a new phone.
Voice interrogation doesn’t answer
Check the internet connection and the switch in Settings → “Questions in your own words”. Without it, questions are asked with buttons.
Delete my account
Arena → “Delete account”. Your name, records, friends and duels are erased from the server at once.
I found a mistake in a case
Write through the form below or in the game: Settings → “Write to us”. Name the case and the statement.
